Card Contents and Software

Front Exterior

We design the front of our MI5 cards to function like an ID card. We can include all the information from your driver’s license, or any additional information you require. All we need is a scan of your driver’s license, or an appropriate ID-style photo along with your information. The card is shown a little smaller than actual size.

Rear Exterior

We place important medical information on the back of the card so first responders will know how to help you during an emergency. This card indicates its owner suffers from sickle cell anemia, a serious disease that has dangerous complications. The card also shows what medications the patient is taking, as well as emergency contact information. We can customize your card with any information you want.
