XLEMR Management
Walter L. Weeks, III, also known as "Tripp," earned his MBA from Kennesaw State University in May of 2000, and his BS in mathematics and computer science from Kent State University. After experience serving as a Senior Software Engineer, Chief Information Officer, and Senior Program Manager, Tripp founded XLEMR Enterprises in January 2002. He is also president of Key Factors, Inc., Key Mobility, Inc., and has over five patents pending.

Ryan Ricks earned his MS in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology in May 2005, after having earned his B.S in International Affairs at the same institution. Ryan studied information security during graduate school to compliment his major, and is fluent in German.
