XLEMR uses the Microsoft Windows to keep track of patient records, administrative data, billing information, and everything you need to run your practice.

XLEMR saves your data in Microsoft Office file formats. You can view your data on any computer, even if XLEMR isn't installed.

XLEMR is also easy to backup and restore. All you have to do is save your files to an external backup drive.
