 The XLEMR system is so intuitive that very little training is necessary. Based on MS Office, it will fit into virtually any office environment. Because it runs on the Windows file system, only very basic knowledge is required to be proficient. Should you need assistance, however, we can easily utilize a program that allows us, with your permission, to see your screen and take control of your computer. We can then provide a simple pictorial tutorial to assist in your learning process. |

 Yes! You can restore your own backups in about 3 minutes. As you keep your own backups at your office and home, you can restore them immediately. We do not use tape drives for storage - they can be cumbersome, difficult to manage, and take hours to restore. Instead, we use external hard drives and Network Attached Storage (NAS) units to contain backups. All you have to do is plug them into your computer or network. |
